Journey request information

We collect the name and mobile number you provide so we can respond to your request. Email is optional in the current request form. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy information.

We use information to receive and assess enquiries, communicate with you, coordinate with appropriate operator partners, provide customer support, maintain the website and meet legal obligations.

Operator partners

The current journey-request flow uses Google Places for address suggestions, sends a backup of submitted request details to a configured Google Sheets endpoint, and opens a prepared message in WhatsApp for you to review and send. Those providers may receive the information needed to supply their part of the service.
Website hosting, messaging, email, analytics and support providers may also process information on our behalf. We expect providers to protect information and use it only for agreed purposes.
International processing
Some service providers or communication platforms may process data outside the UK. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and provide more detail when our production providers are finalised.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is active through Google Tag Manager. It collects technical and usage information to help us understand how the website is used and whether important interactions work as intended.
The production implementation uses Google Tag Manager container GTM-N33KM26K and Google Analytics measurement ID G-MD7JVZGSTP. Google may process this information under its own privacy terms. The appropriate consent and opt-out approach for the deployed tag configuration remains under review.
